Note that the ‘8 people’ cottage is closed from November 1 to March 31
During this period, including Christmas and New Year’s Eve, stays are possible only for 15 people maximum.

The Christmas stay is 4 nights minimum, from 23 to 27 December.
The new year stay is 3 nights minimum, from December 30 to January 02.

The end of stay cleaning is included in those prices.

Conditions

Your reservation will be accepted upon receipt of the booking form and the deposit of 25% of the total fee (by on-line bank transfer in euros).

The balance will be due 8 days before arrival, together with the security deposit of 500 or 700 € (depending on the capacity of the gite). This will be reimbursed within 8 days of departure.

Arrivals are after 4pm and departures by 10am. If you need a different time schedule, just contact us, we will see if it is possible.

On request only : baby equipment is available free of charge.
